We are an Engineering Company specializing in providing products and services to the Renewable Energy industry. It was established in 2013 by industry experts with more than 20 years’ experience in Renewable Energy.

Our engineers have both utility and renewable energy experience and can address problems which others find challenging.

Tirthankar Banerjee


Founder & Director

Tirthankar, a Post Graduate in Electrical Engineering, has been active in the field of solar energy since the 1980’s. For more than 40 years he has served in various senior executive roles in the industry. His experience includes design and execution of Solar PV projects, Solar Farms, stand-alone and hybrid PV systems and Battery Storage. He had been responsible for the design and manufacture of various power electronics products like battery chargers, solar inverters, charge controllers and battery management systems.


Binayak Banerjee


Director & CEO

Binayak has a diverse experience working in the electrical utility industry as well as in research and teaching. Before commencing his Ph.D. in Electrical Power Systems he was employed by Western Power where he completed projects in distribution design, reliability, underground power and demand management as part of a smart grid rollout for the Perth Solar Cities project. 

In addition to the overall management of the Company, Binayak is currently engaged in the development of advanced Microgrid Control Systems. He is a part- time lecturer in University of Western Australia.

Bijit Biswas


Bijit brings 20 years of Engineering & Management Experience. He is an Electronics Engineering Graduate and Post Graduate in Computer Science. He led multi-functional teams as a Sr. Technical Lead to develop financial transactions software. He has designed and implemented Solar based DC Micro Grids in rural Bihar, impacting 4000 household till date. He is the Chief Architect of 20-30 kWp Solar – Biomass Hybrid Mini Grid successfully providing 24/7 electricity in rural UP and Bihar. Conducted skill development programs for students, in collaboration with National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE).

Bijit currently leads the software team in Oztron. 


Greg D’Souza



Greg is an experienced Engineer with a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) Degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management.
With over 45 years industry experience in Australia and India, he is skilled in managing and leading a team of engineers and other professionals in the electrical design and automation, project management, installation, commissioning, and practical completion of EPCM projects in core industry sectors like mining, bulk material handling, mineral processing, hydrocarbons, infrastructure, energy, and defence.
He is also trained and experienced in Functional Safety evaluation and implementation in greenfield and brownfield projects


Chandrakala Chatterjee

Production Manager

Chandra holds a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. She has been working in the Solar Industry since 1995. She has successfully managed the production of Solar Inverters and associated products ranging from 1KVA – 300KVA


Vaibhav Patel

Graduate Electrical Engineer

Viabhav hold a Bachelor of Technology (Distinction) and Diploma in Technology (First) Degrees in Electrical Engineering, and a Master’s in Project Management. He is CEC Accredited PV Designer certificate.
He has 5+ years of experience as an  Electrical Engineer(Engineers Australia Affiliated) in the manufacturing and Solar industries .
 At Oztron he is responsible for client queries(Stakeholder Management) on the design and installation work of solar projects ranging from 1kVA to 1MVA. Further initiating projects and taking them to the successful completion by including Scheduling, Planning, Monitoring, and Procurement. Site inspection, on-site commissioning(Power Quality Testing, Secondary Injection Testing, Inverter Configuration). Review and prepare electrical drawings, protection grading study, and cable report by considering relevant standards. Manufacturing and Testing of switchboards.
